Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a full-featured trial. No card is needed to begin. If you add a card before it ends, the trial converts automatically; if not, the subscription expires and your data stays put.
What happens when I change plan?
Upgrades are prorated and charged immediately for the remainder of the period. Downgrades become an account credit applied to your next invoice.
How are extra seats billed?
Each plan includes a number of seats. Beyond that you pay a per-seat rate, shown on each plan. Seat changes mid-period are prorated.
What counts as usage?
Each product meters one unit — generations, analyses, API calls, registrations and so on. Plans include an allowance; where a plan prices overage you can exceed it, otherwise the call is blocked rather than silently charged.
